📝 How to Register and Use E-Devlet?

  1. You must have a Turkish residence card (Kimlik)

  2. Go to the nearest post office (PTT) with your Kimlik card and a Turkish phone number (the SIM card doesn’t need to be registered in your name)

  3. Request a password (şifre) for E-Devlet access

  4. Once you receive it, log in to the website or app and change your password
